Hands Full

People ask me all the time, and I mean ALL THE TIME. "You sure got your hands full don't you?" Seriously, how did this phrase get so popular around here? I usually just smile and nod (while inside I'm thinking, get a new line people!). Really, though, what does that phrase mean? To me it means my life is busy and full of LIFE.

Full of screaming kids who ask a million questions a day (mostly Danger Boy). It's full of constant responsibility for the sweetest creatures that God has given me to care for.
It gets tiring, but it's a good kind of tired. I also get constant help from the best partner I could hope for. I could not do it without him.
The fullness of my life is what makes it such a joyful and exuberant life.

It's full of baby smiles, girly giggles, night time snuggles, kisses for no reasons, hugs on demand, and love.
I could not imagine so much love before I had kids.
It is what makes it the best life for me, and one I could not imagine living without.
So, when people say, "you got your hands full" I can truthfully say "yes!" and mean it with my all (even if I do hear it every time I go out with the kids!).
